Hi! We’re your neighbors - Todd and Jennifer. We have lived together just steps from the Strawberry Fields entrance at Central Park West and 72nd Street for more than 40 years. Todd was born on Central Park West and is a third-generation Upper West Sider. Around here, we don’t just know the neighborhood—the neighborhood knows us.

Since 2005, we have owned and operated two Upper West Side restaurants, including The Dakota Bar, established in 2011 on the corner of West 72nd Street and Columbus Avenue. Over the years, we’ve gotten to know an extraordinary number of people, doormen, building staffs, vendors, police officers, park workers and local businesses. When we’re out with your dog, we’re not strangers walking through the neighborhood. We’re family.

And dogs have always been part of that home. Over the years our family has included Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, four Malteses and a wonderfully assorted collection of mutts. We work with champions, big dogs, little dogs, elegant dogs, ridiculous dogs—we love them all.

That is one of the biggest differences at Strawberry Fields Canine Concierge. We intentionally keep our member roster limited so every dog receives thoughtful attention, familiar routines, and love. We’re not building a large dog-walking company, hiring a rotating staff or handing your keys and leash to someone you’ve never met. We’re doing this because we enjoy it and get some good health benefits to boot. Your dog gets familiar faces, familiar routines and individual attention from the same people you entrusted in the first place.
